Correction Posted on November 26, 2025 0 In the Nov. 18 edition of The Daily Chief-Union, it was reported that businesses with small decorations or flowers were exempt from sidewalk right-of-way permits in Upper Sandusky. Businesses with small decorations and flowers still need sidewalk right-of-way permits, but as long as they don’t obstruct sidewalks, the permit fees for those decorations are waived.
