Natasha Holbrook and Gary Chapman, both of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a boy, Maddix Paul Chapman.
He was born at 3:17 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2016 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.
The grandparents are Janice Hord, James Hord, Terry Holbrook, Ruth Chapman and Gary Chapman Sr.
