Shoffner, Jr. and Unknown Occupants, If any, of 300 Midway Avenue, Lakeview, Ohio 43331; whose residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of July 2025, Plaintiff BBT Investments LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Logan County, Ohio, 101 S. Main St., Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311, in Case Number CV 25 07 0284, known as BBT Investments LLC v. Ronald E. Shoffner, Jr. et al., seeking a judgment and to foreclose its interest under a land-contract lien against the real property commonly known as 300 Midway Avenue, Lakeview, Ohio 43331 (Parcel Nos. 47-017-14-15-042-000, 47-017-14-15-043-000, 47-017-14-15-044-000), together with related relief, costs, and other amounts as allowed by law.
