ORDINANCE NO. 40-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the
Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance
entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 727 OF THE
CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY,
OHIO TO AUTHORIZE AND REGULATE MOBILE FOOD VENDORS
OPERATING WITHIN THE CITY.”, was passed by the Council of the
City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 1st day of December, 2025.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the regulations for mobile
food vendors operating within the City.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 40-14 is on file and available
for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in
Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

December, 2025. The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the regulations for commercial use of public sidewalks and rights-of-way in the City.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SECTION 155.07 IN CHAPTER 155 DOWNTOWN COMMITTEE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 1st day of December, 2025. The purpose of this Ordinance is to
establish the areas zoned Central Business District (CBD) as the “Downtown” to be overseen by the Downtown Committee.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish pay ranges for
non-union City employees for 2026.
