and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Hardin County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff’s Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Upper Scioto Valley Local School District Board of Education Seeks Applicants for Three (3) Vacant Positions on the Upper Scioto Valley Local School District Board of Education Effective January 1, 2026
The Upper Scioto Valley Local School District Board of Education (“Board”) is accepting applications to fill three (3) vacant positions on the Upper Scioto Valley Local School District Board of Education effective January 1, 2026.
Individuals who are residents of the Upper Scioto Valley Local School District, who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and who are U.S. citizens may apply for the vacant positions.
Cover letter with resume must be submitted either in-person, 510 S. Courtright Street, McGuffey entrance D or via email to Superintendent Hurley, churley@usvschools.org, in care of the Board, by no later than 3pm on December 12, 2025. Office hours for in-person submissions are between 8am and 3pm. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
The Board will appoint a committee to review applications and to conduct interviews of interested applicants. Interviews are anticipated to occur in December, 2025.
Appointments to the three (3) vacant positions will be made by Hardin County Probate Court Judge Steve Christopher. Individuals appointed to the three (3) vacant positions will serve through December 31, 2027.

Public Notice
Sealed bids will be received by the Kenton City School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Kenton High School Restroom/Locker Building Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Ann Rethman, Rethman Design, Inc., at rethmandesign@gmail.com.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Kenton City School District Board of Education, ATTN Jill Smith, Treasurer, 222 W. Carrol Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326, and plainly marked on the outside "KENTON CSD – HS RESTROOM/LOCKER BUILDING PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time December 22, 2025 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
