Clover Lane and Lark Lane Water Replacement
Bids for the Clover Lane and Lark Lane Water Replacement project will be received by the City of Kenton at the City Conference Room, 111 W. Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326, until Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of existing water main and water services.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the city of Kenton, Ohio, Codified Ordinances, and Chapter 632 and upon inspection of your premises, the Director of Public Safety/Service, Chief of Police, and Chief of Fire of the City of Kenton, Ohio, and the Environment Health and Sanitation Officer of the Kenton-Hardin Health Department have found that the condition of the premises know as 328 and 330 N. High Street, namely a residential structure and any or other structure(s) located on the residential property, parcel number 366000020000 in the City of Kenton, Ohio constitutes a public nuisance. The structure(s) are unsafe for occupancy or use and because of lack of reasonable or adequate maintenance of the structures and surrounding grounds of the premises, depreciates the enjoyment and use of properties in the immediate vicinity to such an extent that is harmful to the community.
You are hereby further notified that unless you cause the abatement of this public nuisance within thirty (30) days after the service of this notice upon you, the City of Kenton, Ohio will abate the same at your expense. You may within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this notice, furnish the Director complete plans and specifications covering the repairs or replacements, indicating abatement of the nuisance conditions, which are in conformity with the FHA Minimum Property Standards as to fire safety and fire safety devices, sanitation, and drainage for review. You may also within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this notice, make a demand in writing to the Director, for a hearing on the question of whether in fact a public nuisance exists and/or whether not more than thirty (30) days should be granted to abate the nuisances.
