Sweet et al., Case No. 25CV0037, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County , Ohio, 700 Adams St. Toledo, OH 43604, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Anthony Sweet, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Anthony Sweet and Elaine A. Sweet, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 5501 County Hwy 97 Carey, OH 43316 and known as Parcel Number 09-0960000.0000. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on October 16, 2025.
