RESOLUTION NO. 71-14
 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH WYANDOT COUNTY FOR 2026 COMMUNITY HOUSING IMPACT AND PRESERVATION (CHIP) PROGRAM AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 18th day of May, 2026.  The purpose of this Resolution is to authorize participation and partnership for the 2026 CHIP Program with Wyandot County.
A copy of the full text of Resolution No. 71-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
