You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of April, 2026, a Complaint for Custody of a minor child, namely J.B. (born May 5, 2025), was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Wyandot County, Ohio, Juvenile Division, by Plaintiff, Devra Bailey.
The natural mother of the minor child is Denay Bailey.
The object of the Complaint is to obtain legal custody of said minor child.
You are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by law, judgment may be granted against you for relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Wyandot County, Ohio.

NOTICE OF SECOND PUBLIC HEARING
The Wyandot County Commissioners intend to apply to the Ohio Department of Development for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) small cities program, a federally funded program administered by the State. The County is eligible for $150,000 in PY 2026 funding and up to two (2) projects, providing the County meets applicable program requirements and the County's application is approved. On May 11, 2026, the County conducted its first public hearing to inform citizens about the CDBG program, how it may be used, what activities are eligible, and other important program requirements.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the County's needs, the County is proposing to undertake the following CDBG activities for PY 2026, based on funding of $150,000:
•Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Public Rehabilitation, National Objective Benefits LMI Limited Clientele; CDBG Allocation $65,900
•Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Public Rehabilitation, National Objective Benefits LMI Limited Clientele; CDBG Allocation $57,100
•General Administration & Fair Housing, CDBG Allocation $27,000
A second public hearing will be held June 4, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the Wyandot County Commissioners, 109 South Sandusky Avenue, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351, to provide citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the County's proposed application, including the proposed activities summarized above, before the County submits its application to the Ohio Department of Development. Citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting to express their views and comments on the County's proposed CDBG application.
Should any participant require auxiliary aids due to a disability or non-English languages, please contact the Commissioner’s office prior to the hearing date to ensure needs will be accommodated. Anyone wishing to submit written comments prior to the hearing date may direct them to the Commissioner’s Office at the address above.
