Notice is hereby given that Christopher McClellan has filed a Complaint for Divorce without children in the Hardin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, Case No. 2025 3139 DRA against Alli G. McClellan.
The Complaint alleges the parties are incompatible as Husband and Wife and have children, among other allegations.
Notice is further given to the Defendant, Alli G. McClellan, that she is to answer within twenty-eight (28) days of the last date of this publication by filing an answer with the Clerk of Courts of the Common Pleas Court of Hardin County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Division, One Courthouse Square, Third Floor, Kenton, Ohio 43326.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Hardin County Commissioners, pursuant to ORC 721.03, will receive and open bids for the leasing and farming for the crop season of 2026 and 2027 (two years), a minimum of approximately 126 acres of county owned land not needed for public use. The property is located in Pleasant Township, City of Kenton, and County of Hardin, State of Ohio. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Hardin County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326 until 11:00am on the 16th day of April 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read at that time, with the right to raise the bid at the bid opening.
Interested parties may obtain maps of the farmland to be leased at the Office of the Hardin County Commissioners. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (lunch 12-12:30pm). The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to award the bid in the best interest of Hardin County. All bids must be sealed.

SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH
INPUT
There will be a forum open to the Hardin Northern LSD School District community on April 9, 2026 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., to provide input regarding the skills, and experience the Board of Education should consider in evaluating candidates for the district’s next Superintendent. Everyone is encouraged to attend, and we welcome your input.
The location for the April 9th forum will be in the High School Gym Located at 11589 State Route 81 Dola, Ohio 45835 at 6:30 p.m.
Please attend and give us your input regarding this important decision. We value your input and hope that you can attend the forum. The participants can provide written as well as oral information to the search consultants that evening.

LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed Bids for Water Treatment Plant Phase I Improvements, for the City of Kenton (herein called the "OWNER") will be received by the Owner at the City Office, 111 West Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326 until April 30, 2026 at 11:00 am (local time). Any Bids received later than the above time will be returned unopened. All Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
The work shall include:
Improvements to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and remote sites as follows:
1. Water Treatment Plant:
a. Filter rehabilitation including replacement of filter media and supporting gravel;
inspection of existing filter interior components/equipment including underdrain
system, concrete components (walls, floors, troughs), and steel components
(supports, hangers, and troughs), repair, and coating of non-submerged filter wall.
b. Surface wash system rehabilitation, filter gallery piping modifications including
effluent piping replacement, valve replacement including actuated valves, installation of new instrumentation and meters, three (3) high service pump motors replacement with VFD installation, clearwell access hatch replacement, electrically actuated valves, bulk station water sales station installation, sludge pump and garage piping improvements, coatings of process piping systems, HVAC replacements throughout WTP, electrical upgrades, instrumentation, SCADA system installation, and associated demolition.
2. Wells: installation of propeller meters, control panel replacement, back panel
replacement, installation of sample taps, instrumentation and SCADA upgrades,
electrical upgrades, and associated demolition at wells No. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
3. Elevated Storage Tank (EST):
a. Install a new . inch service line from the existing water main to an existing vault and provide a pressure transducer.
b. Install a new Permaseal valve on the existing water main, including all necessary fittings and coordination with existing operation.
c. Decommissioning of altitude valve, panel replacements, instrumentation, electrical upgrades and associated work.
4. Structural repairs including concrete crack injection and concrete spall repairs on flocculation basin exterior walls.
Work shall be constructed under a Lump Sum and Unit Price Contract.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
This Project is subject to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). Bidders and Contractors shall comply with all applicable federal wage rate requirements as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. The applicable wage determinations are included in the Bidding Documents.
This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs) This Project is financed in part through the Ohio EPA Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) and is subject to applicable State Revolving Fund (SRF) contract requirements, including EEO, DBE good faith efforts, and debarment provisions as provided in the Bidding Document.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects in bids or bidding procedure, or reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid from the lowest most responsible and responsive bidder as exclusively determined by the Owner. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the
above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the Bidder determined by the Owner to be the lowest most responsible and responsive.
Submission of a signed Bid by the Bidder constitutes acknowledgment of and acceptance of all the documents and terms and conditions of the Contractual-Legal Requirements and Technical Sections of the specifications in the Project Manual.
The bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements apply to this Project.
The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $5,500,000.

0521, and digitally through the Engineer’s planroom at
http://www.wesslerengineering.com/planroom/. Bidding documents may be obtained through the planroom for a non-refundable fee. A complete digital set of bidding documents is available for $150. A complete hard copy set of bidding documents is available for $250.
Neither the Owner or Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Engineer.
