Wells, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Hardin County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, and to be opened on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. for the furnishing of various types of material for force account highway maintenance by the Hardin County Engineer’s Department.
Bidders are required to use bidding blanks that can be obtained from Luke Underwood at the Hardin County Engineer’s Office located at 1040 W. Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio.
Sealed bids marked “Material Bids” shall be accompanied by a certified check from any solvent bank or bid bond in the amount of one hundred ($100.00) dollars. Check to be made payable to the Board of Hardin County Commissioners.
The Board of Hardin County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed necessary for the best interest of the County.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the city of Kenton, Ohio, Codified Ordinances, and Chapter 632 and upon inspection of your premises, the Director of Public Safety/Service, Chief of Police, and Chief of Fire of the City of Kenton, Ohio, and the Environment Health and Sanitation Officer of the Kenton-Hardin Health Department have found that the condition of the premises know as 334 West Kohler Street, namely a residential structure and any or other structure(s) located on the residential property, parcel number 363500120000 in the City of Kenton, Ohio constitutes a public nuisance. The structure(s) are unsafe for occupancy or use and because of lack of reasonable or adequate maintenance of the structures and surrounding grounds of the premises, depreciates the enjoyment and use of properties in the immediate vicinity to such an extent that is harmful to the community.
You are hereby further notified that unless you cause the abatement of this public nuisance within thirty (30) days after the service of this notice upon you, the City of Kenton, Ohio will abate the same at your expense. You may within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this notice, furnish the Director complete plans and specifications covering the repairs or replacements, indicating abatement of the nuisance conditions, which are in conformity with the FHA Minimum Property Standards as to fire safety and fire safety devices, sanitation, and drainage for review. You may also within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this notice, make a demand in writing to the Director, for a hearing on the question of whether in fact a public nuisance exists and/or whether not more than thirty (30) days should be granted to abate the nuisances.
