Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A CYBERSECURITY POLICY FOR THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY., was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of March, 2026. The purpose of this Ordinance is to adopt a comprehensive Cybersecurity Policy establishing minimum standards, roles, responsibilities, and procedures to safeguard City information systems and data, while allowing for administrative implementation and updates consistent with law and best practices.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 64-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 32-14 WHICH WAS AN AMENDMENT OF SECTION 191.013 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES TO BECOME EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2026, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY., was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of March, 2026. The purpose of this Ordinance is to designate the allocation of Income Tax Funds as follows: ten percent (10%) for the Parks and Recreational Facilities, seventy-eight percent (78%) for the General Fund, and twelve percent (12%) for the Capital Improvement Fund; effective April 1, 2026.

Community members are invited to join the Wyandot Soil and Water Conservation District for a local conservation work group meeting happening on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 6:00 8:00p.m at the Wyandot County EMS Building (401 North Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351). Hear from Wyandot Soil and Water Conservation District, United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife. We will discuss conservation resource needs and the various programs offered including CRP, EQIP, CSP, Agriculture Pollution Abatement Program (APAP), H2Ohio, the Wildlife Habitat Incentive, Forestry, and more! Light refreshments will be provided for attendees, and we look forward to hearing feedback from community members.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO FILE AN APPLICATION The Wyandot Memorial Hospital hereby gives notice of its intent to file an application for financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development for purchase of critical facility improvements. This notice is published in accordance with Rural Development regulations. The proposed project involves the purchase of new imaging equipment and software for use in Wyandot Memorial Hospital's MRI and ultrasound suites at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
