LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Hardin County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, until 11 a.m. on the 12th day of March, 2026. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read for HVAC Preventative Maintenance/Inspection Services on county property.
The Board of Hardin County Commissioners is seeking quotes to provide a Preventative Maintenance/Inspection Service agreement for April 2026-March 2028 on the heating and air conditioning units. Vendor will supply all filters. Services to be performed at the following buildings:
Hardin County Courthouse, Hardin County Annex, Hardin County West Annex, Sullivan-Johnson Museum, Hardin County Jacob Parrott Safety Center, Hardin County Dog Shelter, Lifeworks Family Center, Yost Farmhouse, North Annex.
EACH LOCATION SHALL BE BILLED SEPARATE ON THE INVOICE
Equipment list and required procedures are provided at hardincountyohio.gov under Legal Notices.
Successful bidder must be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bid will be the lowest and best bid as per specifications. Each bid must contain an up to date Workers Compensation Certificate as well as a Certificate of Liability.

The Dudley Township Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Dudley Township Hall, 21593 County Road 190, Kenton, Ohio 43326, to consider the application for a variance of the minimum parcel size, minimum road frontage, and building setback requirements for the property owned by Marvin and Ruth Hill, located at 12891 Township Road 209, Kenton OH 43326 and the property owned by William and Rose Pogue, located at 12959 TR 209, Kenton OH 43326.
