Each Defendant will take notice that on January 5, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Hardin County Court of Common Pleas, 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 310, Kenton, OH 43326, being CVE20261001 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $30,904.28 plus interest at 4.12500% per annum from June 23, 2025, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 434 N Gilbert St, Ada, OH 45810 and being permanent parcel number 251301180000.
Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, and to raise any defense to foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, the sale of said real property. Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight days after last date of publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.

Mainline:
Beginning at the intersection of State Route 309 and Township Road 215. Thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Township Road 215 for approximately 2,670 feet to the southeast corner of parcel 142300060000 owned by RAJ Land Holdings, LLC. Thence is a westerly direction along the south line of said parcel for approximately 1,435 feet to the starting point of the proposed mainline. Thence in a northeasterly direction for approximately 2,300 feet across parcels 142300050000, 142300150000, & 142300060000 all owned by RAJ Land Holdings, LLC. Thence stopping at the west right of way line of Township Road 215 approximately 1,020 feet south of the intersection of County Road 120 and Township Road 215.
Lateral:
Beginning at the intersection of State Route 309 and Township Road 215. Thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of Township Road 215 for approximately 2,670 feet to the southeast corner of parcel 142300060000 owned by RAJ Land Holdings, LLC. Thence in a westerly direction along the south line of RAJ Land Holdings, LLC for approximately 920 feet to the starting point of the purposed lateral. Thence in a northwesterly direction for approximately 520 feet crossing over parcel 142300150000 to the Wolf No. 1134 Mainline.
You are Hereby Notified that the petitioner, William Pfeiffer, has informed the Board of County Commissioners that drainage improvements have been performed privately and the drainage concern has been resolved.
You are further notified that the Board of County Commissioners of the County has fixed the 17th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., in the Veteran’s Hall at the Hardin County Courthouse, Kenton, Ohio, as the time and place of the final hearing by the Commissioners on the report of the Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement, and that all claims for compensation or damages must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners before that date.
