ORDINANCE NO. 52-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE 333 P-TIER COMPACT TRACK LOADER AND ACCESSORIES THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASING PROGRAM.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 2nd day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the total purchase cost of $93,800.00 for a John Deere 333 P-Tier Compact Track Loader and accessories through the State Purchasing Program from Ag-Pro Companies, 1385 East Wyandot Avenue, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.

ORDINANCE NO. 53-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INSTALL 3-WAY STOP CONTROLS AT THE US 23/US 30 AND STATE ROUTE 199/NORTH WARPOLE STREET INTERCHANGE RAMP INTERSECTIONS.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 2nd day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to authorize and request the Ohio Department of Transportation to install and maintain 3-way stop signs controlling traffic on the northbound and southbound lanes of State Route 199/North Warpole Street at the entrance and exit ramps of US 23/US 30.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A BID SUBMITTED FOR THE TERTIARY FILTER BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 2nd day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the total bid of $785,500.00, from Kirk Bros. Construction, 16380 US 224 East, Findlay, Ohio 45840 for the Tertiary Filter Building Improvements Project.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used.
It is the policy of the Wyandot County Airport to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this contract. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation regardless of business size or ownership.
The Contractor must comply with the Ohio Prevailing Wage.
The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
No BIDDER may withdraw their BID for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.
