LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 51-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 4523, FOR THE PERIOD ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2028, COVERING FIREFIGHTERS FOR THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SUCH AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 20th day of January, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve a labor agreement with the between the City and the full-time firefighters through December 31, 2028.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 51-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
