LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 38-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY AGREEMENTS AND TAKE ACTION NECESSARY WITH RESPECT TO A GRANT TO OR ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY FROM THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 5th day of January, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is approve a grant of up to $194,228.00 from the Revolving Loan Fund to the City for the Fourth Street ADA Sidewalks and Curb Ramps Project.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 38-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

Public Notice
Monthly meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Wyandot Soil and Water Conservation District are held at the SWCD office, 97 Houpt Drive, Suite H, Upper Sandusky, on the second Thursday of each month, at 8:00 a.m., unless public notice of a change in meeting place, date or time is posted at the county courthouse. Notices of special meetings or changes to regular scheduled meetings will be posted at the county courthouse at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. For a nominal fee, the media or public may request notice of meetings on a particular topic by contacting Wyandot SWCD at 419-731-2580.
