Marquart, Holly make first team Upper Sandusky’s Scott Emerick was named the coach of the year in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference as released Thursday. Emerick has led the Rams to a 21-5 record, their first sectional championship in 10 years and their first league championship in 25 years — and just second ever in baseball.
