USHS night set at Tiffin BWW

Upper Sandusky High School athletes, students, teachers, families and friends are invited to Buffalo Wild Wings in Tiffin from 6-9 p.m. Feb. 16 for USHS night when 15 percent of all sales will be donated to the school's athletic department.

Upper gyms to be refinished

Robert’s Floors will be refinishing the gym floors at Upper Sandusky High School, East Elementary and Union School from June 28 through July 9. The USHS gym will be closed during this time and will reopen July 10.

Rams blitz Blue Devils in 1st quarter of victory

CAREY — Wes Vent was not active when Upper Sandusky topped Carey at home in December. He and his teammates were very active in the rematch in a packed Blue Devils gym Saturday. The Rams ran ahead 26-2 in the first quarter on their way to an 85-56 victory. Vent had 27 points on 12-of-17 shooting.

Fahle gets 100th win

MORRAL — Upper Sandusky coach Brent Fahle picked up his 100th career win Saturday at Ridgedale. Abigail Fogle had 26 points in the first half of a 69-41 victory. Fahle has coached six seasons at Upper Sandusky. Prior to that, he was the head coach at Galion for one season.

Carey uses fast start to win against Mohawk

CAREY — Turnovers led to some easy points early for Carey, and the Blue Devils used a big first half to take a 50-31 victory against Mohawk on Saturday afternoon. Sydney Kin finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Sydney Ferguson scored 15 points for Carey (10-5, 8-3 Northern 10 Athletic Conference).
