SYCAMORE — James Douglas Meacham, age 59, of 1793 TH 31, Sycamore, died at 9:45 a.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at OhioHealth Marion General Hospital. He was born June 15, 1960, in Tiffin, to Donald Meacham and Carolyn (Riedel) Meacham Sigler. His father died Aug. 19, 1961, and his mother and stepfather, David Sigler, reside in rural Sycamore.
