A deputy responded to a drug overdose in the 4400 block of Ohio 231, Sycamore Township, the night of Dec. 22.

Arnulfo A. Martinez-Hercules, Hagerstown, Maryland, was charged with possessing fictitious identification and disorderly conduct and Jose D. Ayala-Portillo, Frederick, Maryland, was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest, falsification and disorderly conduct following a fight on Comfort Drive early the morning of Nov. 18.

Caleb E. Brown, Marion, was cited for failure to control after a single-car crash in the 16000 CH 113, Pitt Township, the night of Dec. 14. John R. Burd, address unknown, was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs the morning of Dec. 15.

Michael R. Wilson, Nevada, was cited for a red light violation at the intersection of Walker Street and Sandusky Avenue the afternoon of Nov. 11.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Highland Parkway the evening of Nov. 7. An officer responded to a non-injury crash involving three semis at Pilot Travel Center the night of Nov. 7.

Paul D. Gilroy, Carey, was indicted for possession of drugs and domestic violence the night of Dec. 14.

A caller in the 500 block of North Morrison Street, Nevada, reported threats were made the afternoon of Dec. 4. No charges were filed.

A Crane Township resident reported the afternoon of Dec. 1 that he was being blackmailed by a Marion resident over a vehicle he had purchased. A deputy spoke to both parties.

Nathan A. Gerard, Springfield, was charged with failure to yield the right of way after he allegedly pulled a four-wheeler out from a field into the path of a motor vehicle on CH 53 near CH 96, Mifflin Township, the morning of Nov. 21.

Roger A. Massie, Nevada, turned himself in the evening of Nov. 10 on a warrant out of Upper Sandusky Municipal Court on an original charge of driving under the influence. Deborah J. Grove, Upper Sandusky, was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control after striking a utility pole and overturning her vehicle in the 13000 block of CH 119 the evening of Nov. 10.
