HHWP CAC’s HEAP summer electric bill assistance starts Friday FINDLAY — The Hardin Hancock Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission’s HEAP 2016 summer crisis program will begin Friday and continue through Aug. 31, or until funding is fully exhausted.
