An Upper Sandusky man who was arrested Sept. 21 after the execution of a warrant at a North Third Street apartment has been bound over to Wyandot County Common Pleas Court, and a charge of sexual battery was nullied in Upper Sandusky Municipal Court.

An Upper Sandusky woman reported the afternoon of Aug. 23 that two photo albums were stolen from her residence in the 100 block of Essex Way.
