Joshua B. Risner was charged with criminal damaging of Wyandot County property Sunday morning, according to a report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office. The Wyandot County Jail inmate was restrained after breaking a window in the first-floor cell block with a mop handle.

A Findlay man reported a suspicious female at the KFC Travel Mart the evening of Oct. 12 asking if there was a hospital nearby and if it had metal detectors. The man advised the woman received a ride to Wal-Mart before the officers arrived. The officers could not locate the woman at Wal-Mart.
