Dear editor, Concerning the barking dogs in Kirby, it isn’t the dogs that are the problem.

WHARTON — Wharton Village Council recently announced a change from its regularly scheduled meeting time. Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, instead of the regular Monday time.
