Upper Sandusky City Council approved two ordinances, including one by emergency, during a quick meeting Tuesday evening. After hearing the second reading for a low-speed vehicle ordinance that primarily affects golf cart usage within city limits, council unanimously approved the ordinance and it will go into effect after 30 days, or Feb. 2.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Wes Goodman was sworn in Tuesday as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 132nd General Assembly.

KIRBY — Kirby Village Council held the first reading for a new ordinance regarding dog regulations within its corporation limits Tuesday.
