Upper Sandusky Council renews health care plan for city workers The city of Upper Sandusky has improved the health care coverage offered to city employees, without increasing the cost to taxpayers. Under the plan City Council approved Tuesday night, covered employees now will be able to get up to a three-month supply of some prescription drugs at participating local pharmacies; and get free of charge some brand name drugs that used to only be available by prescription that are now available over the counter.
