No one injured when drunken woman crashes SUV into Upper Sandusky home

A Marion woman was drunken driving when she crashed her SUV into an Upper Sandusky home Wednesday afternoon and fled the scene, police said. Tonya M. Boltz’s blood alcohol level was .205 percent, more than twice the .08 legal limit to drive in Ohio, when she drove her Jeep into the house at 436 S. Fifth St., causing minor damage, Upper Sandusky Police Chief David Olds said.

Forest woman sentenced to more than 4 years on drug charges

A Forest woman was sentenced to more than four years in prison on drug charges Tuesday in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court. Cami L. Neese, 27, was sentenced to two years in prison for a charge of complicity to illegal assembly/possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony, and 30 months on a charge of complicity to the illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony.

Workers from Gardner Signs, Toledo, change the sign in front of Upper Sandusky Commercial Savings Bank prior to the completion of its sale to First Federal Bank of the Midwest, Defiance. The transaction is scheduled to be finalized Feb. 24, Commercial Savings Bank President Robert Beech said, and the new First Federal Bank sign will be revealed that weekend.
