More charges given in underage incident Four others have been charged in a Wyandot County underage drinking case in which sheriff’s deputies found a 17-year-old boy drunken and passed out at an April 13 party. April 20, sometimes known as Weed Day, is an annual celebration of marijuana, as the number 420 (also 4/20, 4:20; pronounced four-twenty) is a common code associated with the smokable plant.
