Split council votes for Forest to change street to one-way FOREST — A street in Forest will become one-way for one block after a split vote from council Thursday evening. As Mad River Street enters the village from the south, it curves at Dixon Street. Vision at the crossing can be difficult for some drivers as they turn south. The victim of one accident at the intersection asked council to make Dixon Street one-way going east from Mad River to Patterson Street. Read More
