Pretty in pink

Taylor Arthur, 10, Kenton, won the pink prize at the NWOC’s benefit horse show Saturday at the Wyandot County Fair. Contestants were encouraged to dress both themselves and their horses in pink in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Blazing

Upper Sandusky firefighters Drew Book and Cory Taylor use a fire hose to put out a blaze Saturday at the Upper Sandusky Fire Department open house. Firefighters put on a live firefighting demonstration to conclude Fire Prevention Week.
