Reincarnated A Wyandot County landmark barn on the Dick and Phyllis Gerber farm east of Upper Sandusky on CH 182 will soon be disappearing. The barn was built in the late 1800s and has to be torn down because of a deteriorating foundation and groundhog damage. Read More

Upper native hired as chief marketing officers for KFC CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble Co. executive Andrea Zahumensky, an Upper Sandusky native, has been hired as chief marketing officer of U.S. operations for the chicken restaurant chain KFC Corp. Zahumensky, who has worked or P&G for 20 years, has been brand director for North America Baby Care for the Cincinnati-based maker of consumer goods such as Pampers diapers since August of last year.
