Star Kids to have sign-ups

The Star Players have announced it will hold open enrollment for its annual Children’s Theatre Workshop at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the theater ticket office on West Wyandot Avenue in Upper Sandusky. Star Kids is an education theater experience for children currently enrolled in first through sixth grade.

Residents of the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center traveled to Heritage Family Center in Tiffin last week for handicap accessible entry and bowling. After playing a round of regular bowling, residents went to Steamers, an attached restaurant with Heritage, and ordered a hot lunch.

Daily Chief in need of carriers

The Daily Chief-Union has an immediate need for motor route drivers and foot carriers. Delivery is Monday through Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Motor routes take about three hours per day, and foot routes take around 30 minutes. Anyone 10 and older is welcome to apply for a foot route. First National Citizen’s Bank held an Easter bake sale Friday to benefit Wyandot County Relay for Life. All baked goods were homemade by either bank employees or the mothers of bank employees.
