A caller reported starving horses without shelter on the 900 block of CH 34 the evening of March 13. The responding deputy did not observe the horses to be malnourished. The owner showed the deputy water supply, shelter and food for the animals.

Thursday, in conjunction with parent teacher conferences, a Hidden in Plain Sight interactive exhibit gave Upper Sandusky High School parents a chance to see what can be hiding in a teenager’s bedroom.

Five Wyandot County authors gave presentations to the public and signed copies of their books Thursday evening at the Upper Sandusky Community Library. Lori Arnold, Cassie Carlson, Jason DeZurik, Dr. Betty Lok and Pat Williams have published nine books combined and all are working on new content.
