South Sandusky Avenue in Upper vandalized with paint The Upper Sandusky Police Department investigated a criminal mischief complaint Thursday morning on the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue after vandalism was reported. An Upper Sandusky man reported finding spray paint on his driveway at 7:43 a.m. Thursday.
