Sentence stayed while Bennett appeals An Upper Sandusky man was sentenced to two years in prison Friday morning, although the sentence will be stayed up to six months while he appeals. Clerk of Courts unable to process passport apps The Wyandot County Clerk of Courts announced Friday that due to “uncontrollable circumstances” its offices are temporarily unable to process passport applications.
