Christmas in July It was a sea of red and green as the Wyandot County Council on Aging celebrated Christmas in July Thursday afternoon with a special Christmas-themed lunch in Upper Sandusky. 3 arrested in Upper drug bust Three men were arrested in a residential drug bust Tuesday afternoon in rural Upper Sandusky. A press release from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office states a residential search warrant was executed at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday after a four-week investigation into drug trafficking by the sheriff’s office and the METRICH Enforcement Unit. Elks blood drive The American Red Cross was at Elks Lodge No. 83 Wednesday collecting blood donations. There is currently a blood emergency and the Red Cross was hoping to collect 63 pints Wednesday at the Elks, which organizers said was likely met. Read More

No fire was present, but a fire alarm had been pulled. An Upper Sandusky woman reported the theft of a car battery on the 100 block of Evergreen Lane the afternoon of July 24.
