Officials: Sunny Farms Landfill to pay over $3M in settlement FOSTORIA — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency recently announced that Sunny Farms Landfill has agreed to pay $1.71 million in civil penalties to resolve alleged violations of past water pollution, solid waste and air pollution control laws. Safety blotter: July 29, 2019 A caller reported an impaired driver on the 1600 block of East Wyandot Avenue the early morning of July 26. The responding officer was unable to locate the vehicle. An officer on patrol discovered an open storage door on the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue the early morning of July 26.
