Restoration begins on Tiffin Drive-In Neon Sign TIFFIN — Today, the first of five phases of the Neon Sign Restoration project begins to take shape at the Tiffin Drive-In Theater. Neon Artist, Michael Flechtner, a Tiffin native now living in Los Angeles, will begin installing the left vertical “Star Banner” of the 60 foot by 60 foot neon sign which originally graced the west side of the drive-in theater’s screen in 1949.
