This is an independent film, inspired by the true story of a Pakistani teen, Javed, who lives with his family in 1987 Britain and feels trapped by his town and his traditionalist father, but finds inspiration through the music of Bruce Springsteen to break away and fulfill his dream of becoming a writer.
