Council on Aging addresses area mayors SYCAMORE — The Wyandot County Council on Aging and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program were the featured speakers at Tuesday’s Mayor’s Breakfast, which was held at Bowlmor Lanes in Sycamore. Wyandot Council on Aging Executive Director Sherri Wagner explained there is a 1-mill levy for the Council on Aging on the November ballot, which would be a $35 per year increase for owners of a $100,000 home.
