Traffic fatalities up in county for the year The Safe Communities Coalition is sad to report that the seventh fatal Wyandot County traffic accident occurred in August. Safety blotter: September 18, 2019 Elaine L. Petee-Renaud, Monroe, Michigan, was cited for failure to control after a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 23 near CH 98 the night of Sept. 14. Petee-Renaud was northbound near U.S. 23 near CH 98 when she went off the right side of the roadway, striking a state-owned sign, causing minor damage. Read More

Donation event The Wynford FFA recently had a pork chop barbecue for the teachers, administration and the Adena construction crew. There were 80 meals sold between everyone. Wynford raised $850 with the meals and extra donations. Read More
