Safety blotter: October 10, 2019 An Upper Sandusky woman was walking her dog when it was hit by a car on East Wyandot Avenue near Pilot the early morning of Oct. 9. The dog, a young black lab, had an injury to its rear legs and was bleeding from its mouth and nose. The dog was dispatched at the owner’s request and the owner took it with her for burial. Read More
