On Wednesday, Jerrie Whitling, owner of the Crazy Lady’s Restaurant and Bar, shared with the Forest CIC her issues with the reputation the village has gotten in the first six months of the year. Whitling said her alcohol sales have declined for the first half of 2019 and she has noticed the comments of her patrons have indicated a concept that the town’s business community is being impacted by the local police force. Scott, of Upper Sandusky, was riding a motorcycle northbound on North Warpole Street when a semi truck driven by Robert J.
