Officials: Sunny Farms Landfill to pay over $3M in settlement FOSTORIA — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency recently announced that Sunny Farms Landfill has agreed to pay $1.71 million in civil penalties to resolve alleged violations of past water pollution, solid waste and air pollution control laws.
