FINDLAY — The Hardin Hancock Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission’s Head Start preschool has openings in area classrooms, including locations in Hancock, Hardin, Wyandot and Putnam counties. Head Start is a free, family-focused preschool program for low-to-moderate income families with children 3 years of age through kindergarten age eligibility, including children with special needs.
