The following report was prepared and submitted by the Wyandot County Humane Society on Dec. 15 and is correct as of that date: Pets reported as missing since the previous report that have not been found include a male black and tan German shepherd and a tri-color neutered male walker hound.

UF Concert-Chorale seeks community members

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay Concert-Chorale, which includes students and community members, is recruiting choristers for its April 2 spring concert featuring Gabriel Faure’s pieces, including “Requiem.” An audition is required to join the group, but no preparation is necessary.

Items being collected

A local effort is underway to collect fire relief items to be delivered to Gatlinburg, Tennesse, on Dec. 21. All household items are needed, as well as cleaning, personal hygiene and baby supplies, hats, gloves, coats, clothes and socks in all sizes.

OLC having fundraiser sale

CAREY — The Our Lady of Consolation volunteer bakery is planning a special bake sale this weekend. All profits will be sent to Catholic Relief Services to help assist Mid-Eastern refugees in crisis.
