FINDLAY — Hardin Hancock Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission’s Home Energy Assistance Program 2017 Summer Crisis Program continues through Aug. 31 or until funding or equipment is exhausted. This program may provide a payment of up to $300 toward a regulated or up to $500 toward an unregulated electric bill or a window air conditioner or a tower oscillating electric fan.

Pets reported as missing since the last report that have not been found include a declawed cream-colored male Himalayan cat, a gray kitten, a black and white spayed female Australian shepherd-poodle mix, and a tri-colored young female dog with a fluffy coat.
