USEVS welcomes five new educators The Upper Sandusky Exempted Village School District has welcomed five new full-time educators into the district, along with several other first-year employees in other positions. Among the new educators are four teachers and a guidance counselor assistant. The new educators hold positions at three different schools in the district, from elementary to high school, and have varying previous experience. They are Jevon Cheney, Melissa Cunningham, Ailsa Dible, Hannah Foster and Janis Owens. Read More

Upper struggles with wind but tops Buckeye Upper Sandusky shot well over its average but it was good enough to take a 179-198 victory against Buckeye Central on Wednesday in Northern 10 Athletic Conference boys golf action at Lincoln Hills Golf Club. Brett Montgomery medaled with a 42 — a solid score for most but 8.5 strokes off of his average entering the match. Many of the other scores were high, too, for both teams.
