Program on starting, operating a business being held in Upper

ASHLAND - Dr. Dan Fox, director of the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Ashland University, will present a program March 25 in Upper Sandusky for those interested in starting or operating their own businesses.
Fox will speak at 1 p.m. with a presentation entitled "Starting and Growing Your Own Business." At 2:30 p.m., he will present "Making Your Business Grow."
Both sessions will be held at Upper Sandusky High School, 800 N. Sandusky Ave.
The program is presented by the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University and the Small Business Administration in collaboration with the Upper Sandusky Area Chamber of Commerce.

Red Cross holding bloodmobiles in March

The American Red Cross will be holding two bloodmobiles in March, which has been designated Red Cross Month.
The first drive will take place from 12-6 p.m. Monday at Parkview Assembly of God, 777 W. Findlay St., Carey.
A second bloodmobile will be held from 12:30-6:30 p.m. March 20 at the Sycamore Firehouse, located at the intersection of Seventh and Griffin streets, Sycamore.

Businesses, organizations invited to participate in annual Family Fun Fair

In honor of the month of the young child that is celebrated each April, the 2008 Family Fun Fair will take place from 9-11 a.m. April 19 at Upper Sandusky High School.
The event provides local agencies, organizations and businesses with an opportunity to interact with, educate and entertain children and their families through displays and activities.
The theme for this year’s event is "Kids are Shining Stars."
To enter a business or organization into the event, contact the Wyandot County Health Department at 419-294-3852 by March 24.
